Yesterday (and today) Shaq got a treat. Ribs, but not just any old ribs, ribs from Stubb's BBQ (Thanks Thop). If you are in Austin and looking for ribs Shaq and I highly recommend the place. Stubs corner of 8th and Red River. Of course prior to going you should stop at Hops, yes Hops the friendly bar on Burnet just south of 183 and right across from the Pink Taco Cabana. Drop in and say that Shaq sent you and you will be welcomed like one of the family.

Well, I was out having a couple cold ones with a select group of UniSQLers and their significant others and friends. Shaq had to stay home and guard the house. He is very good at this, lately he has been developing a very good bark. If one did not know him you might think he was ferocious. But we all know better.

Well, I got home last night and was given the cold shoulder. That is until he inquired as to the contents in the bag. Wooo Hooo was I ever his best friend again very quickly. He sat down, he laid down, he came and he listened very well. Fully knowing that he was going to get a treat.

He sat there with the Pleaaaaaasssssseeeeee may I have one? look on. I'm sorry but when he puts on the charm I just melt like warm butter. So I gave him one, and out he went to work on it. A few minutes later he was back for another. He got three last night and the rest for lunch today. What a Lucky Dog (for those of you that have been to New Orleans you know what a Lucky Dog is, for those of you that have not you need to go).

Well, that is the story of Ribby Shaq. Shaq sends his best to his benefactor of the rib experience Thop. And everyone needs to think good baseball thoughts to the Horns and to the LSU Tigers during the College Baseball Regionals starting this weekend. Remember the chant goes L S U, L S U, L S U and Hook'em Horns.

Cheers
Ray & Shaq
